Reminder: COPS 4.x releases require PHP 8.4+

Changes in config/default.php file:
- new $config['cops_search_comments'] to search in book comments
- new $config['cops_search_notes'] to search in extra notes
- new $config['cops_search_strip_html'] to strip html tags for search
