Do we need stringification and toJSON()?

I know URL has these, but URL is a mutable object and kinda meant to be serialized for sharing. Whereas here we don't really want to serialize as that loses information for opaque origins.

I can see this both ways. On the one hand, I think it would be good for us to move away from the serialization of an origin as being a meaningful thing that's useful in itself for comparison. On the other, I think people are going to want to serialize origins for various purposes (rendering to the screen, creating URL objects, etc).

We could certainly start without it, as it's trivial to add if compelling use cases arise?

I think that would be preferable, especially as the opaque origin case is somewhat complicated.
