i have installed the new beta firmware ( nothing really changed its a bit more. responsive) , I'll use a new email address ( as the instructions are on the integration ) for the integration as I don’t want to lose control of the mower.

update installed the integration with a second email as using the same email immediately kicked me out of the app

Correct, however depending on what mower you have and what firmware you are on you may need to reconfigure the integration as mammotion have moved devices over to their new MQTT and the move isn't automatic in the integration.

After upgrading to the new firmware version, accounts will no longer be subject to the previous account restriction mechanism related to abnormal traffic patterns.
To maintain platform stability, we will instead apply reasonable message frequency controls at the account level when necessary, helping ensure a reliable experience for all users.

Maybe the integration could query the API more frequently with the new FW making it as responsive as it used to be last year?

I've actually sent a Feature Request to Mammotion for a simple local API access that will allow us to start our robot from HASS. Explained that HASS is monitoring many environmental conditions in nearly real time and tracking rain, weather, soil moisture, etc. are all sensors that are missing in their app. Not telling they've heard me, but if more of us are sending them similar feature requests, they may provide simple "run task ###" local API endpoint, which may be more useful than spamming their cloud :)

Yeah unlikely to happen, I speak directly with mammotion and have asked for local api for a while now.

I see, but if they got pushed by more people, they may change their minds :) As of now our Luba 3 is almost unusable via HASS, so I hope they do.
