Building a tool for handling the map(s)

I got an issue with my UYuka that has put t in a catch 22 state. I have no map and cannot create a new map without the charging station position. But I can put the CS position out there without a map.

So me plan is to be able to upload a new map and CS position created by me mapping out gps coordinates from a web app I'll build. I see some potential in a desktop app to handle the maps instead of the official app.

Does PyMammotion support uploading a complete map with coordinates and CS position?
