Summary

  • Document version bumping via PR labels (default minor, configurable with major/patch labels)
  • Document npm OIDC trusted publishing setup and gotchas (npm >= 11.5, no registry-url, repository.url required)
  • Document that the publish workflow auto-sets version from the release tag

Test plan

  • Review CLAUDE.md for accuracy
