This release updates the version of vamos to v3.0.6 and upgrades the catalog to the TRComp DB v2.0. It comprises control data from 471 1KGP-LRSC and HPRC individuals for analyzing over 3 million loci. The actual reference data needs to be downloaded from AWS (https://s3.amazonaws.com/1000g-ont/Gibson_etal_TRoLR_preprint_supplemental/TRoLR_reference_data.tar.gz) to use with the source code.
