Length assertion failed in libenchant

I am on the IGC branch, which could lead to inconsistencies, so I want to begin recommending ignoring this unless there is an obvious point that the assertion can fail when it was never supposed to.

Had several of these:

I was mousing around and making some corrections and suddenly Emacs was locked up. No response on SIGUSR2. Had to kill it.

Happened again, on mousing a jinx overlay. No error message this time.

Hello @psionic-k! I have never observed this issue or Jinx-related crashes. As far as I can tell, the API usage is correct in jinx_suggest in jinx-mod.c. I have slight difficulties browsing the Enchant code base (Vala, auto generated C), so I am not entirely sure where the issue is located. I am happy to apply changes here if needed. Can you please debug this further?
