• LocalWinClip-Setup.exe — Windows installer (recommended). No admin required.
• LocalWinClip-portable.zip — Extract and run LocalWinClip.exe with no install.

Quick start

1. Install or extract the app.
2. Look for the icon in the system tray (click ^ if hidden).
3. Select text anywhere and press Ctrl+Alt.
4. Choose a skill with Up/Down, Enter to run, Enter again to copy the result.

On first run the model downloads once (~1.9 GB) to %LOCALAPPDATA%\LocalWinClip\models. After that, skills work offline.
