Documentation changes

This PR combines the monitor and access sections of the MCP page for concision and updates screenshots.

Note

Consolidates access/monitor content, adds dashboard screenshots, clarifies MCP usage and connection steps, and removes the monitoring section.

  • Docs: Update ai/model-context-protocol.mdx
    • Rename and consolidate sections: Access your MCP server and Use your MCP server; remove the “Monitoring your MCP server” section and images.
    • Add dashboard screenshots and a note clarifying /mcp path reservation and public-only availability.
    • Clarify “How MCP servers work” intro sentence.
    • Refine connection instructions for Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code (copy edits like “This opens …”).
    • Update example section title and wording for connecting to the Mintlify MCP server.
