docs: translate 'preceding' term in route53-cloudfront for FR and ZH

• Updated French and Chinese translations to use "preceding" instead of "above" in the route53-cloudfront deployment guide
• Aligns with PR style: Vale audit fix and manual review recommendations #3726 which made this change in the English source file

Changes

• fr/deploy/route53-cloudfront.mdx: "ci-dessus" → "précédentes"
• zh/deploy/route53-cloudfront.mdx: "上述" → "前述"

Note: Spanish translation already used "anteriores" (preceding) so no change was needed.
