Adds a new agent/workflows page and links it from the Agent landing page, Agent use cases, and docs.json navigation.

Updates the workflows docs to clarify beta + Enterprise-only availability (with contact CTA), document run limits, rename Reference repositories to Context repositories, and revise/reorder example workflows (including new “Draft docs for new features” guidance and adjusted prompt/trigger examples).
