Overview
Deprecates Agent Suggestions in favor of Workflows. Removes the agent/quickstart and agent/suggestions docs pages and updates the agent landing page to include the key GitHub connection/setup guidance.

Updates site entry points to stop referencing suggestions/quickstart: ai-native.mdx now highlights workflows, audit log category changes from Suggestions to Workflows, and various docs links are repointed to agent/index.

Adds redirects in docs.json from /agent/suggestions → /agent/workflows and /agent/quickstart → /agent/index, and removes the deleted pages from navigation.
