Add diff, redeploy, and resubmit to Vale vocabulary

Summary

Added three terms to the Vale vocabulary that appear in recently merged documentation:

• diff — used in editor/inline-ai.mdx to describe highlighted change displays
• redeploy — used in api-playground/openapi-setup.mdx for redeployment context
• resubmit — used in editor/inline-ai.mdx for prompt resubmission flows

Missing conjugation suffixes for resubmit vocabulary entry

The resubmit entry lacks conjugation suffixes, unlike the similarly added redeploy(s|ed|ing)? and most other verb entries in this file (e.g., prefill(s|ing|ed)?, prepend(ed|ing)?, debounce[ds]?). Vale will flag "resubmits", "resubmitted", or "resubmitting" as spelling errors if those forms appear in future documentation.
