Translate feedback type filtering to es, fr, zh

Summary

Translates changes from #4923 (feedback type filtering documentation) into Spanish, French, and Chinese:

• Reordered feedback type bullet list to match new English order (thumbs rating, edit suggestions, raise issues, contextual feedback, code snippet feedback)
• Updated "In Progress" and "Dismissed" status descriptions
• Updated "Filter by status" section text to reference the Filters menu
• Added new "Filter by type" section with Ratings by page, Detailed feedback, and Code snippets descriptions
• Fixed HTML entities in French translation to use real quotation marks

Overview
Aligns es, fr, and zh optimize/feedback.mdx with the latest Feedback dashboard UX by reordering the feedback-type list, tweaking status descriptions (notably In Progress/Dismissed), and updating the status-filter copy to reference the Filters menu.

Adds a new “filter by type” section describing Ratings by page, Detailed feedback, and Code snippets, and fixes minor French punctuation/quoting issues.
