• recommend mint new --template command for a new help center
• link to example site and template code
• update navigation guidance to include directory

Overview
Renames the support center guide to help center (new guides/help-center.mdx) and updates the guide’s language accordingly.

Updates docs.json to point the Guides “Use cases” entry to guides/help-center and adds a redirect from /guides/support-center to /guides/help-center.

Expands the guide with a new Start from a template section (including mint new --template help-center-starter plus example/template links) and enhances navigation guidance by documenting the navigation.directory option with an updated JSON example and links to directory listing docs.
