Update agent readiness score check docs

Summary

• Updated mint score check documentation to reflect that llmsTxtFullExists now runs independently of llmsTxtExists
• Added the responseLatency check to the documented checks table
• Replaced the note about child checks not running with accurate behavior: child checks are now marked as failed when their parent fails, and the overall score uses weighted scoring

Triggered by mintlify/server@d679e670, which rebalanced score weights, promoted llms-full.txt to a top-level check, and switched to weighted scoring.
