Documents deep link / anchor behavior for View: how to hash-link to a specific view, link to anchored content inside a view (auto-activating the correct view), and how switching views updates the URL hash.

Adds this section to components/view.mdx and localized es/fr/zh view.mdx pages, and updates guides/linking.mdx with a new View deep links subsection that cross-links back to the View docs.

Closing: no evidence this feature has shipped to production. The View component deep link feature references mint#7211, which has not merged to mint main (current tip is #7198). The View component source does not yet include hash-based deep link support. If this feature ships in the future, a new docs PR can be opened at that time.
