Document per-user integrations from Slack

Summary

Updates the Slack agent docs to reflect that integrations connected from Slack are now scoped to the individual Slack user instead of the entire organization. Each teammate sets up their own connections, the agent uses the connections of whoever sent the message, and it falls back to organization-level integrations (installed from the dashboard) when the Slack user has not connected the service.

Changes

• agent/slack.mdx: Reworded the "Connect additional integrations from Slack" section to explain per-user scoping and the org-level fallback.
• es/agent/slack.mdx, fr/agent/slack.mdx, zh/agent/slack.mdx: Mirrored the update in the translated versions.

Mirrors the same clarification in the Spanish, French, and Chinese translations, and adjusts the removal/reauthorization guidance to explicitly reference org-level integrations.
