Replaces the flag-icon card list of supported localization languages with a plain language/code table on
organize/navigation.mdx.Flags conflate language with country (e.g. French ≠ France only, Chinese (zh-Hant) was using the PRC flag), which is misleading and a known sensitive UX issue — same reason we removed flags from the language switcher.
