pack.mcmeta File should be created and added upon project creation #652
Description
In the past, the "Download Project" zip file would include a pack.mcmeta file, but now it doesn't, so I need to manually add that to my projects I create. It should be created upon making a new project.
Not a big deal, but annoying to have to do when it is required for all projects.
