Show a copy of the image on Add Alt Text dialog for transcription #17166

Summary
Currently the "Add Alt Text" dialog is just a text box, and the original image is blurred out in the background, making it very difficult to transcribe information without clicking back and forth.
Purpose
When posting screenshots, code snippets or plots it is usually necessary to transcribe numbers and text verbatim from the image. Having the image appear on the dialog would reduce the context switching needed.
