Updated sweep_ranks_delays to work with DMDc and SubspaceDMDc, and added an example in section 6.3 on hyperparameter sweep when using DMDc / SubspaceDMDc.
A few notes:

  • For DMDc, currently only sweeping delay for the state, while keeping control_delay == 1.
  • For DMDc, currently only sweeping rank_output (rank for the state), while keeping rank_input == None.
  • For DMDc and SubspaceDMDc, residual calculations haven't implemented yet. So I leave a warning and return None for residuals for now.
