What are the relevant tickets?

Closes https://github.com/mitodl/hq/issues/8974

Description (What does it do?)

  • Considers a MIT Professional Ed run unpublished if it has no readable_id value
  • Resources without any published runs will be unpublished

How can this be tested?

  • Run ./manage.py backpopulate_mitpe_data on the main branch

  • The following courses will be published:

    • "Designing with AI for Meaningful Outcomes"
    • "Transformational Leadership: Five Practices of High Impact Innovators"
    • "Gestión del Desarrollo Tecnológico (Spanish)"
    • " Innovación (Spanish)"
    • "Energías Limpias: Tecnologías para Alcanzar las Metas de Reducción de Emisiones (Spanish)"
    • "Sustentabilidade: Estratégias e Oportunidades para a Indústria (Portuguese)"

  • Switch to this branch, restart containers, and run the backpopulate again. This time the above courses should be unpublished.
