Find & Replace feature behavior

During SAF training, we noticed that after clicking on Find & Replace, the dialog box grays out the replace field unless you click on the Find button to search for matches first and only then lets you enter characters in the Replace field.

The suggestion was to allow editing of the Replace field without need an extra step.
