Needs support for KiCAD 10, there are some hardcoded values that only support up to KiCAD 9

We are in the process of updating, I have a 'beta-test' branch now, and I will be pushing v10 stuff there, I will try for something this weekend.

This is supposed to be v10 compatible, but it needs real user testing, on other devices that arent my own. So let me know what you think. I am trying to handle the tools better, so if this looks like its will be a better approach, maybe this will get pushed to main
