Bumping deps from npm audit.

We get from

43 vulnerabilities (8 low, 6 moderate, 28 high, 1 critical)

To

20 vulnerabilities (9 low, 1 moderate, 10 high)

I stopped bumping commitlint on version 12.1.3 instead of the latest 13.1.0 because on v13 there's a breaking change setting minimum node version as 12, which may lead to some compatibility problems.

Potential Risks

Low, reading through changelog for deps there should be no problems.
