- Removes top level show
- Default view is same but under report command
- Previous default report view now use: `report --chart`

The book and review editing got mixed up trying to make things convenient.
This PR simplifies it back, there is one convenience function to add a book and review at the same time, this removes the function to edit a book and review at the same time.
The other functions all operate independent:
book addandbook editshould only add and edit booksreview addandreview editshould only add and edit reviews
