What's new

• Notarized installer — signed with a Developer ID and stapled by Apple, so it opens cleanly on any Apple-silicon Mac, even offline
• Guided setup — first launch walks you through the three macOS permissions (Microphone, Accessibility, Input Monitoring) one step at a time, with checkmarks that flip live as you grant each one. If macOS relaunches Budgie mid-setup, it picks up right where you left off
• App icon — the menu-bar budgie, now perched on yellow

Install

1. Download Budgie-1.1.dmg below
2. Drag Budgie to Applications
3. Launch it and follow the 3-step setup — then hold Right ⌘ and talk

Requires macOS 14+ on Apple silicon. Dictation runs fully offline.
