Cookie on mobile

Is that an expected outcome: I run app localy through "localhost:port" and cookies work fine. However, when i connect to it through the phone as "laptop_ip:port", then cookies are not active. I am using ios.

I got same issue.
When reloading by F5, session disconnected.
I watch debugger (F12 on browser), localhost can save cookie.
however, IP address or domain name cannot save cookie.

I would like to set domain name in cookie.
If I could set domain for CookieManager, it may resolve it.
