feat(virtue): Add vehicle art and display in stats#1574

The changes in this commit add support for displaying the vehicle art in the stats section of the virtue screen. The highest vehicle ID is determined and used to generate the appropriate vehicle art emoji. This art is then incorporated into the stats display, providing a visual representation of the vehicle alongside the shipping and egg laying rates.
