feat: Improve fuel rate calculation and display#1604

The changes in this commit improve the calculation and display of the fuel rate in the virtue.go file. The main changes are: - Moved the calculation of the fuel percentage from inside the `if fuelingEnabled` block to before it, to make the code more readable. - Added a warning lamp indicator to the fuel rate display when the fuel percentage is at 100% or the shipping rate exceeds the egg laying rate. - Improved the formatting of the fuel rate display to make it more consistent and informative.
