This file duplicates the hard-coded funnyPhrases list currently in main.go (startHeartbeat). Without wiring the bot to load status_messages from this JSON, the two sources can drift and the new file remains unused. Consider loading this JSON at startup (similar to LoadTokenComplaints) and removing the hard-coded list, or otherwise documenting/justifying why the data lives in both places.
