This PR brings support for building indexers for applications developed with CEM Scripts (Issue #44 ). As with other parts of the application, like on-chain code and off-chain code, the indexing part is generated automatically based on the instance defined (and compiled).
Generated configuration is used to run Oura to source transactions related to a script and sink it in JSON format for further handling (which we believe should be specific for every application).
