Water usage calculation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be interesting to allow the user to input/calculate the water usage estimation (e.g. how much water might have been used to refresh the server).

Is there a data source for this? My impression is that this varies a lot across datacentres and architectures and it's not something most hosters publish.

Oh, this seems like something that could be used to get the water usage effectiveness (WUE) for some of the cloud providers at least: https://github.com/Green-Software-Foundation/real-time-cloud/blob/main/Cloud_Region_Metadata_estimate.csv

(Possibly one could stop maintaining impact.csv altogether in favour of this, but that's a different discussion)

We could also allow the user to explicitly set a WUE value, just like for PUE.

Sorry @cianc really missed this one! For sure it will be interesting to at least let the user input the WUE.
If we get a source for the WUE (as the one you mention) we use it and if not --> some default WUE.
What do you think?
