Hotfix release replacing the broken v0.1.1 PDF rendering.
Changes:
- Reverts the experimental tagpdf layer that caused overlapping/reordered visual text in the PDF.
- Rebuilds ml-by-design.pdf with stable visual rendering and sane text extraction.
Validation:
- Rendered preface page checked visually.
- pdftotext reading order checked on frontmatter/preface pages.

- git diff --check
- LaTeX source map: 0 duplicate labels and 0 unresolved internal refs
- qpdf --check: no syntax or stream encoding errors found
Note: This release is intentionally untagged again (pdfinfo reports Tagged: no). The previous tagged-PDF attempt is not safe with this manuscript/toolchain.
