Archives the SDD-011 spec folder now that #181 is merged. Mechanical move
specs/SDD-011-agent-side-spec-trigger/->specs/archive/+status: archivedflip — preserves the audit trail. No production code change. Mirrors the SDD-008 archive (#180).
