Integration with Nanobot

Hi, I'd like to suggest add integration with Nanobot (https://github.com/HKUDS/nanobot), I have make changes for my usage and like to share it. Let me know if ok, I'll create a feature branch request.

Thanks for the suggestion! Nanobot integration would be welcome. Please feel free to open a PR.

For the first version, please keep the scope focused on Mnemon’s native mnemon setup flow, similar to the existing Claude Code/OpenClaw integrations. The newer harness/ directory can be ignored for now, since it is still experimental and not stable enough to be the main integration surface.
