Hi everyone, I wanted to know if it's possible to update mullvadvpn to the latest version and perhaps add mullvad-browser, always from guru. Also, if you don't mind and have time, amule. I saw that in the v25.10 ISO, unlike v25.09, you left out the community repository, but it can be added. Congratulations on your work, keep up the good work, and have a great weekend.

Hi, if you are running the devel repo, it is unstable and would be ready in several iterations.
That is a place of experimenting, which makes it dangerous to anybody using it. The system may break, partial things may be upgraded.
I do not advice anybody to use it, but use the stable repos and wait for a stable tag.

I apologize, I was following the versions that were released on the guru repository and, after removing beta1 and beta2, I thought that 2025.10 was stable, but checking the site I now see that 2025.9 is still available. I wouldn't have asked you if I had noticed.

No problem. The way we work is we sync from time to time the main portage tree ( maybe once or twice a month or when it is interesting). We build against it while it is advancing - but we keep a snapshot. At that time, the community repo content, which contains packages from the main layer or other layers, is also assessed and the new packages or the ones needing rebuild due to newer versions of their deps are rebuilt. The other layers may become out of sync so can't always bump everything. Anyway, usually it is no problem and we bump everything that is possible so users can get the new stuff.
