Github changed the rendering engine to kramdown and rouge, this affected the way the syntax highlight was rendered. To fix that this commit * imports some tidbits from the upstream site https://github.com/t413/SinglePaged/ * imports the "native" theme from pygments, rouge is compatible with pygments css themes
