Implement conformance test client and server for MCP conformance tests

The new MCP conformance tests require clients and servers with specific capabilities and resources.

We need to implement these and then verify that all conformance tests pass.

I take we'd want to run each of these against a reference implementation/test harness that is independent of our SDK, correct?
