A new Client to test MCP server over SSE

Also, I could not help myself and remove dots at the end of the table.

Motivation and Context

Initially, I was looking for a client that could interact with a remote server via SSE while supporting custom authorization headers.

I also wanted the ability to search for tools and dynamically load or remove them. Since I couldn’t find it, I ended up building my own client 🙈. And, of course, I wanted to run it in a cloud without installing anything.

But I agree this is a bit old school, plain and simple.
I understand if you choose not to include it; I just thought it might be useful to someone else.

How Has This Been Tested?

Yes, tested it thoroughly with MCP Server over SSE
