Update Windsurf Editor section in clients.mdx

  • Simplify and improve description
  • Fix formatting and alignment in the table
  • Update link reference from [codeium] to [Windsurf]
  • Maintain consistent style with other entries

This change improves the documentation quality and consistency by:
