These streaming notifications can fire dozens of times per second and flood the devtools console during active widget rendering.
This change gates the
console.debugcall inPostMessageTransport.sendto skipui/notifications/tool-input-partialspecifically. All other JSON-RPC messages continue to log at debug level as before.
