Tool error is not highlighted for sample LLM tool call rejection

Describe the bug
Highlighting tool error and success not happening when sample LLM tool call is rejected or approved.

To Reproduce

1. Connect to server-everything
2. Switch to tools tab
3. Call sample LLM tool
4. Switch sampling tab
5. Click reject button

Expected behavior
The color for the error description should be red

Additional context
This is related to previous enhancement #252

This was a unique scenario happened when I was checking with sample LLM tool. There was missing condition for lengthy strings.
