Is there a release notes so that I can know the difference between each version of Java MCP SDK?

The version I previously used was 0.10.0. Recently, I checked the Maven repository and found that it has been updated to 8 versions up to 0.13.1. Where can I see what changes have been made in these versions and what new features they support?
