Fix minor grammar and consistency issues in README (Roadmap + Credits sections) #37

Description

Hi team,

I noticed a few minor grammatical and consistency issues in the README that could be addressed for improved clarity and professionalism. Specifically:

In the Roadmap → Features list:

“bring back php-mcp examples” → should be “Bring back PHP-MCP examples” (capitalize for consistency).

“Support Multiple Versions of MCP Specification → should be “Support multiple versions of the MCP specification” (consistent capitalization).

In the Credits section:

“The starting point for this SDK was PHP-MCP project...” → should be “The starting point for this SDK was the PHP-MCP project...” (missing article).

These are just small wording tweaks, but they’ll make the README easier to read and more consistent.

Happy to open a PR with the fixes if it helps!
