Updates LATEST_PROTOCOL_VERSION to 2025-11-25 and adds 2025-06-18 to SUPPORTED_PROTOCOL_VERSIONS.

Motivation and Context

The protocol version 2025-11-25 was released but the SDK constants were not updated.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Ran ruff format and ruff check - passed
  • Ran pytest tests/test_types.py - all 14 tests passed

Breaking Changes

None - this is a backwards compatible change.

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
