Migrate missing $schema field entries #805
Description
We already block attempts to publish without a $schema field, but we have 17 servers with a "" $schema, which makes it hard to properly parse them when ingesting as a sub-registry.
We should also set those 17 to https://static.modelcontextprotocol.io/schemas/2025-10-17/server.schema.json with a data migration.
