Gitlab mcp: Make "default_branch" property in "GitLabRepositorySchema" optional to fix GitLab error "Invalid arguments"

Describe the bug
gitlab mcp generates the following error when running "search_repositories" for an on-prem hosted gitlab instance:

MCP error -32603: Invalid arguments: items.16.default_branch: Required

Expected behavior
No error
