env file can not read by mcp server

Describe the bug
The bug is when i put all of credentials in .env file i can console.log each and every values but Claude desktop can not recognized this value and hence shows error pop up with a log file.

It should be parsed through LLM and can acess the variaable

This looks like an issue/feature request for Claude Desktop and not MCP servers in this repo?
